Proctor’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) program just wrapped up another successful year of the Red Program. This past month, CTE teachers visited Hughes, Kernan and Albany elementary schools, bringing hands-on learning and interactive career stations directly to 4th, 5th and 6th graders. By introducing these pathways early, the program gives younger students a fun, pressure-free way to explore different industries and discover what lights them up. It’s a great reminder for kids that there isn’t just one single path to success after high school.
